Self-perfection - by managing to make our vibrations more intense, more spiritual

An activity must do more than bring you joy, relaxation or a sense of well-being. It must become a means for you to improve and liberate yourselves. However, the way in which people practice art, science and even religion, does not push them to perfect themselves enough. Something has to change, and this is why the need for each individual to work towards perfection is at the forefront of the Universal White Brotherhood’s teaching. But self-perfection is possible only for those who manage to change the quality of their vibrations, to make them more intense, that is to say, more spiritual. Initiatic Science reveals that everything lies in the intensity of our thoughts, our feelings and our lives. When we come to live this intense life, all our activities, material as well as spiritual, can help us in our evolution.
