Reincarnation - every mistake must be mended on Earth

Man’s evolution takes place on Earth, not elsewhere. Even someone who has suffered for a long time in hell because of their crimes has to return to Earth to make reparation for the evil they did. For it is not enough to suffer, suffering does not make things right again. Since your crimes were committed on Earth, it is on Earth that you must make amends. This is the only way that reincarnation makes sense. Otherwise, why should anyone come back to Earth once they have atoned for their faults on the astral plane? There is in fact a law that requires human beings to make reparation for their mistakes in every part of the universe in which they have done damage.
