Parents - what they should wish for their children
Is it possible for future parents to influence their child’s physical and psychic structure through a work of imagination, at the time of conception and then during the pregnancy? Yes, but first they must want their child to hold the highest ideal of kindness, love and brotherhood for all people, no matter what abilities this ideal is expressed through. So many parents dream of success, fortune and fame for their children, without realizing the trials they are storing up for them by doing so! If, on the other hand, what they wish for them is a life as the son or daughter of God, they are truly working for their good. For, whatever difficulties and trials their children will have to go through later on, they will be under heaven’s protection, and they will benefit humanity.
