Fear - the only one we must have is of losing the awareness that we are sons and daughters of our heavenly Father

The feeling of danger accompanies humans throughout their lives, but this feeling must evolve to become a fear of transgressing the divine order, of being a false note in the cosmic harmony. You may say you are not important enough to upset cosmic harmony. Well, that is where you are mistaken: all it takes to create dissonance is a selfish action or a pointless or malicious word. Neither, of course, is it recommended that you should be constantly shaking with fear in case your slightest word, gesture, thought or feeling sounds a false note. If you think that you might make a mistake or be guilty of something at every step, you will not progress. The only real fear you must have is of losing the awareness that you are sons and daughters of God and therefore expected in the house of the Lord. Yes, that is the only fear allowed, even recommended, for it is that very fear that will slowly but surely free you from all the other fears, and you will move forward with self-confidence, in peace and clarity.
