Disciples - must support the work of their master, who wishes to help them

A master's disciples come to him of their own free will. The master does not go and find them and force them to listen to him. But, often, what happens? Even though the master is thinking only of their future, of their evolution, and spending all his time and energies being of help to them, when he tells them a few home truths they become upset, annoyed and rebellious, instead of understanding that he is acting for their own good. Why? Because they are still influenced by their lower nature, which feels offended at the slightest criticism. It's not an intelligent way to be. When your Master is trying to give you the means to get the better of your lower nature, instead of protesting loudly, give him a hand. If you protect your lower nature, you ruin the work of your Master, who is seeking to help you. Work with him instead. When your lower nature sees that no one is taking its side, it will eventually admit defeat.
