Aura - its colours are nourished and maintained by the virtues
You must do more than picture yourself surrounded by colours to form your aura, for those colours cannot last if they are not nurtured and maintained by the practice of the virtues of which they are the material expression. It is the virtues that nourish the colours of our aura. When the spirits of the higher worlds look towards the earth, they often see nothing but darkness. But when they see just one luminous being radiating beams of light in the midst of that darkness, they come to protect and care for that person.
