Sunrise - be there to watch even if you do not understand; everything is recorded

Even if you find it hard to get up early in the morning, even if you understand nothing of the event taking place before your eyes at sunrise, it is still worth making the effort to be present. For in spite of yourself, beyond your consciousness, work is taking place and, in the future, when the effects become apparent, they will astonish you. When a small child witnesses domestic violence and tragedies, it may not be old enough to understand what is going on, but in later years those dramas will resurface in the form of anxiety or behavioural disorders that are very difficult to cure. Whether one understands or not, everything is recorded and is liable to come back up to the surface one day. So, even if you ‘understand’ nothing about this cosmic phenomenon—the sunrise—come to it with a positive attitude, and your spirit, soul and body will necessarily absorb some elements, and those elements will manifest within you, one day, in the form of harmony, peace and light.
