Strength of the spirit - it produces ‘miracles’

Faith can help to bring about a cure, but it does not work miracles, at least not in the way we imagine. Jesus was able to heal the sick because his level of spiritual elevation enabled him to project himself all the way to the causal plane, the higher mental plane, where he triggered a force capable of countering illness. When certain people set about caring for the sick by means of magic formulas, prayers, hypnotism or the laying on of hands, with the conviction that faith works miracles, they may in fact get some results if the illness is not serious, but no more. However strong their faith and that of the sick, it is not enough. In order to heal as Jesus did, it is not only essential to possess the power of the spirit, but to have worked for a long time on this instrument of the spirit which is thought. But how many are capable of this? Here again, it is not enough to believe in the power of thought; one must possess this power and have mastery over it.
