Spiritual work - through it, we can make contact with the entities on high

Let all those who cherish the ideal of working for the good of the collectivity first join forces in a spiritual work. Through this work, their desires and thoughts will become so pure and luminous that they will rise to great heights and make contact with kindred entities and elements. And these entities and elements will be drawn to them and will help them to improve the situation far more effectively than all the criticisms, demands and proposed reforms put forward by those who claim to be working for the good of society. Those who refuse to accept this viewpoint must expect to meet with disappointment; they will become frustrated and embittered, because the thoughts and feelings they stir up during all these confrontations hold them down in lower astral and mental planes. Sooner or later, they will be forced to recognize that their efforts have been in vain, simply because they did not know how to work.*
