Nature - humans abuse their power over it

Over the course of time, humans have acquired tremendous power over nature: little by little, they have managed to extend their dominion over the land, the seas, and now skyward. Their desire to explore the wide open space before them, and benefit from their discoveries is legitimate; what is not legitimate is the way they go about it. Just how far do they think they can go to conquer space without asking themselves if they are not in the process of upsetting a pre-established order, with all the consequences that will ensue for life on earth itself? Humans will not be able to ignore for much longer the existence of the Intelligences that ensure the balance of the universe is not disturbed. These Intelligences do not appreciate the spirit of anarchy, the violence of certain researchers or those who help them to realize their projects in order to profit from their discoveries. They should not be surprised if one day, they are besieged by the forces of nature they recklessly unleashed.
