Meditation - chewing spiritual truths
Meditation can be compared to chewing food. When we put food in our mouth and chew it, the saliva glands work on it, and we absorb the subtlest energies through our tongue. Meditation is also a kind of chewing, a chewing of thoughts, whereby we absorb quintessences from the spiritual world and turn them into food. So, meditate on wisdom, on light, the light that protects you, that guides you and opens the way to the divine world… Meditate on love as the source of joy, richness and beauty for all… Meditate on the truth that leads you to freedom…
