Jesus spoke of the kingdom of God and His justice because the kingdom of God has its own special justice, which is different from that of earth. On earth, someone only has to lodge a complaint, often for something quite trivial (someone has encroached on their land... their paycheck was a little short... someone insulted them...) and the full force of the law is with them, and the offender is found guilty. But human justice never rewards those who are good and generous and who bring peace to all around them. Justice on earth serves mainly to defend the most selfish and petty streaks in human beings. Man’s higher nature goes unrecognized. It is even scoffed at and trampled underfoot. An honest, upright, unselfish person is a nuisance, and everyone tries to get rid of him so that they can carry on with their shady dealings in peace. This is totally unacceptable in the kingdom of God!
