God - He is great because He takes care of the smallest things

One day, after meditating on the immensity of God, which he was unable to fathom, a disciple asked his Master why God is so great. The Master replied, ‘God is great because he takes care of the smallest things.’ This also means that all those who look down on the humblest of people—the poor, the unfortunate and the ignorant—will never rise to true greatness. When Jesus visited the poor, the sick and even prostitutes, or when he took little children on his knee, he showed that he knew this law. Those who wish to associate only with the rich, the erudite and the powerful, and who refuse to meet with the humble, will never know the greatness of God.*
