Forest - a world of living beings

When you go into a forest, try to be aware that it is inhabited. There are a mass of invisible creatures coming and going, busy doing different things, and they notice your presence, so why not try to communicate with them? You can also go up to a tree and entrust it with messages for all the other trees in the forest. Get it to tell them that you think they are magnificent and that you love them. And you kiss the tree and ask it to pass on your kiss. Then the entities that live in the tree will carry your love throughout the forest. And while you continue your walk, the entities that have received this message come out of the trees and look at you in wonder. They dance as you go by, and when you go back home you are happy – you feel you have tasted something of true life.
