Effort - must be constant

The power of human beings lies in the small efforts they make each and every day. Unfortunately, this is precisely where they give up. From time to time, they are able to excel and achieve great things. But conquering inertia and laziness every day and controlling themselves is so difficult! And yet, that is where our true power lies: in tenacity. Nothing can withstand those who are determined to advance on their path, because they activate powerful laws, before which all obstacles eventually give way. Most people concentrate all their energies on short-term effort, and when they fail they give up, which is why they remain weak. Strength and power are only acquired by small efforts repeated every day. If you succeed in working in a sustained way, you will find the right rhythm and will gain ground little by little. And what energy you will receive for your ongoing work!
