Earth - intermediary between the sun and creatures

All creatures – plants, animals and human beings – require solar energies in order to live. But they only receive these energies after the earth has absorbed, transformed and redistributed them. From this point of view, the earth is as important as the sun. When you expose yourself to the sun, you do not receive its rays directly. Before they reach you, they must first of all pass through the atmosphere of the earth, and it is because the earth's atmosphere has transformed them that you are able to capture and absorb them. This is why you must always remain in harmony with the earth, why you must respect and love it. Otherwise, even when you are exposed to the sun, you will not extract as many benefits from its warmth and its light, because the earth will not transmit them to you.
