Conditions - when they are favourable, changes are made

Human history is a succession of changes. Nothing remains static, for life is in perpetual movement. We would like to think that this movement always represents progress but, unfortunately, we cannot help but observe that sometimes there are regressions. But progression or regression, nothing remains the same; generations of human beings succeed one another and, even if in some societies the changes take place more slowly than in others, when the conditions are favourable, no one can prevent them from happening. Certain beings who are prepared begin to tune into these currents and become their conductors. And when these changes are at last accepted by the majority, it is because the time has come.
