Birth chart - the human spirit is above it

Even if your birth chart presents many bad aspects, you should not view it is a sign of absolute predestination. For the human spirit is above a birth chart, above the stars and planets and their influences. The spirit is free and all-powerful. Whatever the destiny traced for you by the stars, you must always remember one thing: your spirit reigns in a region that is beyond the reach of destiny. Destiny cannot touch your spirit. The only way to escape from the grip of destiny is to put yourself in the service of the spirit. Being born under an ‘unlucky star’ is no excuse for remaining forever stupid, lazy and idle. You have karmic debts to pay, true, but these debts represent no more than one second of eternity. You must not allow one brief moment to cast a shadow over the light of the spirit. Whatever happens, you must cling to the conviction that nothing and nobody can put out or even dim the spark that shines within you.*
