Aura - imagine that you are encircled by the seven colours
Learn to meditate on your aura. Imagine that you are surrounded by seven colours: violet, indigo, blue, green, golden yellow, orange and red. Imagine that these colours form an immense, intense, vibrant and radiant circle around you, which nothing impure, harmful or dark can penetrate. You will be protected, and not only protected, but moreover, as the aura is an organ of spiritual knowledge, you will sense that you are able to perceive the splendour of the divine world. You will nourish yourself, breathe and swim in this cosmic ocean of love and bliss.*
