Waste  - rejecting physical and psychic waste in order to purify ourselves

Every activity produces combustion. Whether that activity be physical, emotional or intellectual, it results in the formation of waste matter that must be rejected, for the build-up creates congestion that is detrimental to the proper functioning of the organism. For example, when we want to light a fire in a stove, if we do not first remove the old cinders, the flames will not catch, and the stove will not work. The same is true for our physical body and also our psychic body – the realm of thoughts and feelings. So that is why we must improve our whole way of life, that is, the way we eat, think, feel and love, because in this way we replace the waste matter with other substances that are far more subtle, light and etheric. This is how we feed our inner fire in order to continue our work.*
