Subconscious - it records every single event

The slightest event we experience in our lives is recorded within us. Psychologists call these records the memory or the subconscious. But whatever you call them, the important thing is to know how to use them. If you manage to live divinely – even if only for one second – eternity is in that second, and a recording exists which will live on forever. It is there, within you, and cannot be erased. So, whenever you feel ill disposed, uneasy or confused, open your inner record library and try to relive that moment of awareness in which you understood, however briefly, that your life could be one of light, peace, beauty, love and fulfilment… Even if, for the time being, your situation and state of mind are vastly different from those moments of happiness, they are still there within you, and you can recapture them and feel their beneficial vibrations once again.
