Miraculous healings - their explanation

Many people wonder about the ‘miraculous’ cures which sometimes take place at Lourdes. Obviously, faith plays a very important part in these healings, but it is also true that in this atmosphere of fervour, in the midst of an entire crowd singing and praying, people can be stirred inwardly and transported very high, all the way to the causal plane, which is the higher mental plane. It is this which produces the miracle: the participant is wrested from his ordinary state of consciousness and projected all the way to the summit. When he reaches this summit, powerful currents of pure energy are activated throughout his entire being, which descend all the way to the physical plane and restore him to health.
