Meditation - concentrate on light to link yourself with God
The best way to link yourself with God during meditation is to work with light, for light is the expression of divine splendour. You must concentrate on light and work with it, steep yourself in it and delight in it. It is by way of light that we enter into relationship with God. Light is like an ocean of pulsating, vibrating life; you can dive into it to swim, purify yourself, drink, and nourish yourself. It is in light that you will find fulfilment.
