Meat - everything that belongs to the animal kingdom enters into the body of those who eat it

When we eat, we are constructing our body, and this body is destined to become the temple of the spirit. The matter we absorb is part of this construction and if it is not pure, it will prevent the spirit from taking up residence within us. People who eat meat should understand that all the animal cells they absorb are integrated into their body, and will refuse to cooperate when they want to do something noble and generous. When we eat meat, everything that belongs to the animal kingdom (fear, greed, cruelty, etc.) enters into our body, so when we wish to develop our higher Self, we encounter difficulties, because animal cells do not comply with the same high ideal. These animal cells have a will of their own, which directly opposes that of the person in whom they dwell; they are against the construction of the temple of the spirit.*
