Love - energy that comes from on high and which must return there

Love is a form of energy, the source of which is on high. Love is of the same quintessence as the sun, and our task is to receive this energy and let it flow freely through our being before sending it back to its source in heaven. If this energy does not flow as it should, it is because men and women’s inner channels are clogged with the impurities created by their unbridled instincts and passions. Instead of returning to heaven, this energy sinks into the ground and is lost. If, instead of being wasted, this endless stream of energy that descends daily from on high is to complete its circuit and return to the heights, men and women must attain self-mastery, be pure and be truly united with God. Once you understand how the universe is built, that heaven is both the point of departure and the destination, matter will no longer present an obstacle for you.
