Happiness - look for it in the higher regions

Why haven’t you found happiness? Because you look for it on too low a level, in regions that are inimical to it. Happiness is an extremely ethereal, subtle state; it is like a flower that dies when exposed to bad weather. Cosmic Intelligence has placed happiness in the shelter of the higher regions. Yes, Cosmic Intelligence has put its treasures where even noise cannot penetrate. To reach these higher regions, your soul must vibrate on a higher frequency; you must wrest yourself from the level of your ordinary passions and their great fluctuations. A disciple can rise to the level on which Cosmic Intelligence has placed happiness only by introducing silence into their soul.*
