Gold - fascinates humans, because it is condensed sunlight

Where does people’s fascination with gold come from? It is simple; gold attracts them because in their depths, in their subconscious, they know a secret: that gold is condensed, materialized sunlight and that this light contains all the riches of life. It is more important to seek light than to seek gold, for light represents the head, so to speak, whereas gold represents the tail. Light is the soul, and gold is the body. If you touch the body without touching the soul, you really touch nothing. If you possess the body without possessing the soul, all you hold in your arms is a corpse. And you must understand that it is actually dangerous to want to possess gold before you have the light. You know what happens if you take a snake by the tail – you get bitten. You have to take a snake by the head, and then not only will you be safe but the tail will follow the head.
