Geometric figures - they symbolize the truth very simply

Truth is always very simple. For the Initiates, everything is simple, because they have learned to reduce the infinite multiplicity of facts and situations on the physical and psychic planes to a few basic principles. What are these principles? Geometrical figures. Yes, does that surprise you? Why do you suppose some of the ancient philosophical traditions spoke of God as the great geometer? Plato himself says that God works with geometry. At the origin of these traditions are the great minds who understood that the multiplicity of beings and objects and their mutual relationships could be reduced to the very simple principles expressed by geometrical figures* such as a circle, triangle, square, pyramid, cross and so on.
