Future, distant - the perspective from which we should see humans

Why am I delighted to meet with you each day? Because I see the magnificent future awaiting you, and I want to help you to create this future. You still have no idea how it will be, but I can see it. If I focused only on what you are like today, would I even be able to put up with you? I am not so sure that I would. And if you cannot put up with one another, it means that you are not able to imagine how you will be in the future. I will always be happy to meet with you, because I see beyond your present state to your future. Of course I also see a little of what you are thinking and feeling, what you are presently wishing for. But I envisage you mostly in the distant future, when you identify one day with your divine nature, and this is why I will never stop wanting to help you.
