Fullness and Emptiness - they work together in the universe

When a wave of light is projected into space, another symmetrical ray spontaneously appears. That is to say, if the first ray follows a convex curve, the curve of the second will be concave. This shows that fullness and emptiness do not exist in themselves; they are complementary. Fullness and emptiness are the two fundamental principles, masculine and feminine, which always work together in the universe. In human beings, these two principles are represented by the soul and the spirit, the heart and the mind. In Initiatic Science, this phenomenon is symbolized by the snake, which moves like a sine wave. Our spine, which supports the rest of our skeleton, is built on the same pattern: the sinusoidal motion of a snake, that is to say the movement of light.*
