Events to come - they are already recorded on high

Study the profound meaning of day and night. Night is symbolically the realm of the invisible, the non-manifest; and day, that of the visible, the manifest. All that is manifest depends on the non-manifest, just as day depends on night. It is during the ‘night’―in the invisible―that events which will occur during the ‘day’ are prepared, for every material phenomenon is simply the concrete materialization of non-material phenomena. This explains how clairvoyants are able to foretell coming events: they have already seen them take place in the invisible world. It takes a certain amount of time for these events to reach the physical plane, but they must eventually do so, because they are already recorded on high. Take the example of a snake: its tail always follows its head. The head represents the idea, the project, and the tail represents its realization, the materialization of events that already exist in the subtle world.
