Evening - always prepares the following day

Suppose you have had a good day, but now in the evening a painful incident occurs, making you feel sad and discouraged. Do not go to bed until you have gone within and worked to become free of it. Otherwise, the next day, when you wake up, you will see that everything positive you experienced the day before has been erased by the incident that took place in the evening, and that it is this new feeling that has remained imprinted in you. You will say, ‘But how is it that one unpleasant moment could erase a whole day spent in harmony and peace?’ Well, precisely because everything has repercussions, and a feeling of unease experienced at the end of the day will be felt the next day if you do nothing to neutralize it. Each evening, when you go to bed, try to dispel anything that could cloud your consciousness. Summon up the best thoughts and feelings, so that they can accompany you on the journey you are about to make into the other world. The next day, you will start the day feeling free and full of courage.
