Ecstasy - when the soul melds with the Cosmic Spirit

Every day, think about introducing harmony within you; absorb it and breathe it in. Once it has penetrated every part of your being and tuned you like an instrument, the divine spirit itself will come and play you. Harmony is the result of the union between mind and heart, soul and spirit. The moment your soul melds with the Cosmic Spirit, you experience ecstasy. For this is what ecstasy is: a bolt of lightning that occurs when the human soul unites with the divine spirit. All your impurities are burned away in this intense fire, this blaze, and finally, you are unburdened, free to fly in space and you melt into universal harmony.
