Earth - a reflection of heaven; consequence of this idea

You should have it firmly in mind that everything that exists in heaven has a correspondence on earth, because earth is a reflection of heaven. Yes, just a reflection, and if you really want to know fulfilment, which is a state of the soul and spirit, you must look for it not on earth but in heaven. Humans are spirits that have come from heaven, and to be able to work on the physical plane they have had to enter a body. The physical body is to the human spirit what the universe is to God. Yes, the universe, nature, represents God’s physical body. God has a body formed of numerous centres and organs, and our body is in the image of God’s. But our body can only come to life if it is inhabited by the spirit. The spirit is the manifestation of the presence of God within us. When the spirit goes, it takes consciousness, life, with it, and all that remains in the body are the physical elements, which eventually disintegrate. To remain alive, the body, the earth, must never sever their connection with the spirit, with heaven.
