Divine Principle, the - like a lamp always at our disposal

The birth of the divine Principle within you is an inner event about which there can be no mistake. As if heaven were there, open before you, you feel the presence of another being who supports, enlightens and protects you, and brings you great joy. Even in the direst of circumstances, when you are at your lowest point, you feel that it is there and that you are helped. Yes, it is the feeling of a presence, a connection that is never severed. It is as if you had with you the flame of a lamp that never goes out. When you have need of it, it can provide you with all the light and warmth you desire, but in the meantime, even if you do not use it, it is always there at your disposal.
