Criminals - they will exist until the day humans develop their psychic faculties

Why are there more and more criminals nowadays? Simply because darkness reigns in people’s intellects, and the criminals, who need to work under the cover darkness, take advantage of the situation. But imagine if, for example, people increasingly developed their psychic faculties of mediumship and clairvoyance: then they would immediately be able to perceive the plans that criminals are hatching, for thoughts emit waves, and these waves would warn them of the danger threatening them. So, as criminals would be found out even before they actually carried out their schemes, they would have to abandon them. No human law, no police force however well-organized is powerful enough to rid the world of criminals. They will continue to exist until human beings switch on their inner lights and open their spiritual eyes. When this day comes, criminals will sense that their reign is over, and they will either have to transform themselves or disappear.*
