Cosmic Intelligence - melting into it through love

Disciples seek to attune themselves to Cosmic Intelligence. Every day, they strive to vibrate in unison with it, to melt into it, to open themselves to its immensity and allow themselves to be swept up by its whirlwinds... But they can achieve this only through love, for love alone makes true fusion with a being possible. Jesus said, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind.’ God does not need our love, He manages very well without it, but it is we who need to love Him – it is in our own interest. This is why Jesus did not say to think of the Lord, but simply to love him, because only creatures who love each other are attuned and united. I am saying the same thing when I ask you to harmonize yourselves each day with Cosmic Intelligence, to act according to its will even if you do not know what it asks of you. For this is what it means to love. When we love someone, we always agree with them without even knowing what they want; we trust them and we devote all our energies to satisfying them.
