Clairvoyance - the danger of developing it without purifying oneself first

You can find many books that will teach you methods for becoming clairvoyant, such as looking into a crystal ball or a magic mirror, using certain plants, or self-hypnosis. But such methods are often dangerous, especially if you are trying to develop clairvoyance without having worked on purity first. Oh, you can become clairvoyant, of course, without purifying yourself; developing clairvoyance is not that difficult. But if you are not pure, instead of the divine world you will see the dark entities that hang around humans. You will see meanness, betrayal, lies; you will see disasters about to happen. In other words, you will be able to see only the realities corresponding to the level you yourself have reached, or not much higher. Jesus said, ‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.’ The best method for acquiring true clairvoyance, a vision of the divine world, is to work on purity and spiritual love.
