Child - before birth, its parents can already protect it and educate it

Deciding to have a child is a heavy responsibility. And so it is important for the parents to dedicate the expected child to God, or at least to a high ideal, well before birth. Dedicating the child does not ensure it will be an exceptional being, but by doing so, the parents make an imprint on it: they lay down grooves in its physical matter which will more easily attract currents of beneficial forces to it and deflect those that are negative. A child’s true upbringing begins before birth. And so the expectant mother must become aware of the power she has over her child well before it is born. It is not enough that she already loves the child. She has the potential to raise her love to sublime regions, so that she can collect and instil the elements it needs for its physical and psychic development.
