Annoyances, minor - to which you attach too much importance

If you observe yourself, you will notice that it is not great misfortunes or major accidents that make your life unpleasant - great misfortunes and major accidents don't occur every day. What make your life difficult are the few hitches and inconveniences you give too much importance to that upset or paralyse the whole of your inner life. So, make the decision once and for all to curtail all the little upsets, the little annoyances, the little humiliations that poison your daily life, and you will finally begin to taste peace and freedom.
